Update on Terrible Experience

I apologise for the extremely delayed response subsequent to our meeting and my serving the letter of demand a couple of months ago. Unfortunately I have relocated and will be unable to pursue my claim immediately - I do have 3 years in which to pursue the claim so I will eventually go ahead.
I am glad that sites like Hellopeter exist - because in attempt for your company to save R500 - you have hopefully lost at least more than R500 in lost sales due to at least 1 person being put off by my story of the ruthlessness of your organisation. It is also quite strange that in an attempt to keep R500 you are willing to put up with me commenting on a public forum about what an arrogant vicious man Michael Koberstein is, about the fact that he was all smiles when I was looking at the car, but how he changed when I requested the holding deposit (THAT I WAS TOLD WAS REFUNDABLE) by instead using harsh comments and shouting on the phone (as indicated in my previous post.)
In terms of reputational risk it is also strange that in an attempt to save R500 you are damaging your reputation by having me in a public forum state that
TO ALL THOSE READING THIS - AVOID THEKWINI TOYOTA AT ALL COSTS!
