On 15/7/2013 I made several telephone calls to Princess Multi Franchise to obtain a price on a part for my fiance's Tata Indica. First I was transferred by Kay to the parts department and after holding for 15 minutes I dialled again where Renee took a message for the responsible person at the parts department to call me back after two more calls to Renee and still without feedback I called again at 3 o'clock in the afternoon only to be told by Renee that the parts department is closed until end of June 2013 and I should call another dealership.
As a loyal customer I find this level of service disgusting. I previously bought a Proton Gen 2 and another Tata from the same dealership and have similar bad experiences. Gerhard the dealer principle at the time was also of no assistance.
