This is the email we sent Audi South Africa and 3 days later still no response... they claim to get back to customers within 24hrs yet they have not responded to my email... we have also sent them the supporting documents.
I am completely shocked.
I have just been to your branch at the Cape Town Waterfront and they point blank refused to honour your advertisement as presented in the Saturday Argus dates 13 July 2013.
In fact, the sales person Romalyn Naidoo told us to go to Audi Claremont, Romalyn as well as the dealer principle Craig Kriel treated us exceptionally badly and simply dismissed the ad, saying it didn't apply to them. From your website, it does however.
I have an offer to purchase from them on the 88kw S model and your ad guarantees that I would get a 125kw SE at "no extra cost".
This is false advertising at its worst!
As an Audi driver for many years, having owned 3 audi's previously i'm shocked.
