Eastrand Multi Franchise delivers BS, not service

My SsangYong Actyon Sport broke down in September, and was towed to Eastrand Multi Francise to be repaired under warranty. Today is 30 November, and the vehicle is still not repaired. I was promised the vehicle by 18 October, now I am told it will take up to another two weeks for parts.

If you want service on your KIA, DIATSHU, or TATA serviced, please do not use Eastrand Multi Francise.
