We bought a vehicle in 2007, we paid for cash we were overcharged by R5000.00, all efforts to resolve the problem failed. We also paid for smash and grab when we received vehicle nothing was done on the vehicle.
There is a constant problem when you want to service your vehicle, never a driver to come fetch the vehicle, we no take our vechicle to Sasolburg branch, where we get instant service. This has resulted that we now have to pay for the last service that was suppose to fall under the motor plan. We will do this, but will never buy a Toyota product again.
