On 2005-11-17 I bought a vehicle HALFWAY TOYOTA FOURWAYS. On the day I received the vehicle I noticed that the vehicle did not have a jack and that the sparewheel tyre was damaged. A jack was placed in my vehicle and the damaged tyre was replaced with a tyre with the brand name Event. I haven't up till that time and since then seen that brand name tyre.
On 2013-06-23 at about 22:00 I had for the first time, since I bought the vehicle, a flat tyre and had to use the sparewheel. To my surprise I found that my wheel spanner was to small for the wheelnuts and that the sparewheel rim did not fit on my vehicle.
The next day I phoned Dawie, the Automark Sales Manager at HALFWAY TOYOTA FOURWAYS and informed him of he problem. I was informed that he will first have to find my file before he can give me an answer. After 8 days I was informed by him that they will not do anything in regards to my problem because the time since I bought the vehicle and the problem is to long. I was informed that any person could have /switched the rim while the vehicle was serviced, etc. The SAME Event tyre that was placed on my spare whell when I bought te vehicle is still on the sparewheel.
