Calling all Toyota defective vehicle owners

Calling all Toyota vehicle owners who have suffered as a result of a defective vehicle and have been dismissed / disregarded by Toyota SA in your efforts to resolve the matter. I have mandated Landmar & Associates to act on my behalf with reference to my defective vehicle and invite people with the same problems to contact them with details of your Toyota problems on [Email Removed]

Imperial Toyota sold me a defective vehicle, 3 months after a warranty claim against the factory defect had been performed in the same dealership, without disclosing that a world wide recall had been actioned against the Toyota Verso MMT VIN range in which my vehicle fell into. 11 Jobs performed for the same problem, as well as complete failure of the gearbox resulted in me investigating the history of the vehicle and this is how I found out about the problem. I have tried to settle the issue with Toyota directly, approached the Ombudsman to intervene, however the Ombudsman's jurisdiction does not include actions of this nature.
