Non Payment due to companies own incompetence

I have not received my payment this month because I submitted my last KM with old branding. This was done because of the following reasons:
1. Was advised by mail on 19th Feb that the old contact had ended.
2. I mail them on 8th April to find out when I would be getting new branding to which no one replied.
3. 4th May got my branding at the post office but the address given on the waybill was incorrect. Luckly the post office figured out which was the correct box.
4. A week later after picking up my branding they bothered to send an sms with the tracking number.
I am a single mother who cannot afford to be short R1000.00 in my already overstreched budget.
Does anyone know who I can contact to take this higher and get my payment immediately.
