I ordered a CD from a company in Cape Town - after waiting two weeks for it to arrive on what was allegedly speed post, it failed to arrive completely. We are a music distribution company based in Johannesburg and this particular CD was for gentleman in our premier client portfolio, a very influential and highly esteemed businessman who travels from Mocambique to get his music from us. As an emergency intervention the suppliers promised to courier it within the day and in time for his next visit.By 10 a.m. I did not have the CD, could not reach the supplier and had no tracking number by which to trace it. RAM pulled out all the stops to help me find the disc, without a tracing number they managed to track that the disc was in fact not sent, numerous staff members were requisitioned for the inquiry and when they discovered that we had been to they offered to redeem the situation by collecting the same CD from another company and flying it up in time. Thanks for everyone that helped us sort this out on a whisper and a prayer... your service is beyond expectation and outclasses that of your peers! Thank-you.
