I handed in my Hyundai Atos at Hi Speed Panel Beaters in Centurion last week on Monday, 1 July
All that Hi Speed had to fix/replace was my cradle and 1 front light
It is now the 10th of July, 9 days later, and Hi Speed still NOT have my car fixed, because according to them, they are not able to get hold of a Hyundai Atos front light
After talking to the workshop manager at Hi Speed, Stephan, he finally admitted to lying about no stock being available and that Amanda, the Hi Speed employee responsible for ordering parts, only ordered my light on 9 July - 9 days after I gave my car in.
THIS IS PATHETIC!!! I am told my car will not be ready before Friday 12 July - 12 days later!!
Does Hyundai not stock lights, for THE most popular car that Hyundai sell?
I think NOT - This is Hi Speed being totally incompetent panel beaters!!
Can Hyundai SA please confirm to me that in the entire of Gauteng and South Africa, there are NO Atos' front lights, as alleged.
If Hyundai do have stock, as I know, please contact me and Hi Speed.
Why does Hyundai have such panel beaters on their Approved Panel Beater list??
I demand that Hi Speed be removed from the Approved Hyundai Panel Beater list!
