I bought a brand new Chevrolet Captiva 2.4LT 2013 and within 3/4months it has gone in for gearbox problems.
I was first told that it will require an adjustment to the gearbox and when it came back it was worse. The car was booked in a second time, where it is currently at Williams Hunt in Port Elizabeth. I was contacted by Willie who told me (car booked in middle of last week) that they will be removing the gearbox this week and "someone" from GM will come and have a look and advise.
All I want is my money back. I have lost complete confidence in this brand and have NEVER experienced a BRAND NEW CAR with GEARBOX PROBLEMS and certainly not having to remove the GEARBOX.
This a hugely negative experience.
