Gearbox problem on new Kia Sportage

My SUV'S gearbox started giving problems. I took the car to Lazarus
Kia in Centurion on the 5th December 2013 that changed a switch on the box. The next day they said to me that the problem was not solved and they will come back to me. Which never happened. Having a Skytrax in my car I tracked my car at Mayfair Gearbox in Silvertondale. After various calls to Daleen at Mayfair with no respons. On Tuesday 10 November I tracked my car driiving around in the East Rand (over speeding on some occations) and eventually stopped at Mayfair Gearbox in Ophirton in Johannesburg. I contacked Mayfair Gearbox in Ophirton that said to me that they have many Kia's and Hyunday's on there floor with gearbox problems but I am not his client he will only talk to Daleen in Silverdale. I contacted Roelof and Mark at Lazarus and enentually Brandon at Kia South Africa and still no respond. I had to borrow a car to go on holiday that was booked for the 15 th but I was only able to leave on the 18th.
Still in the dark about my car!!!
