I bought the Toyota Avanza 1.5SX from Toyota Mccarthy at Gezina (PTY) last month. Marcel was on top of things, went out of his way to make sure everything is in order. He got me a good deal. Kept me updated all the time via email, phone calls etc. When i met him, he had a great sense of humour, he is a bubbly person. Provided us with boerewors rolls and drinks i have never had a great service nor experience in my life. When i fetched the car he was still the same person he has never changed or made me feel not wanted or i'm just a customer. He made me feel like i'm more than his customer. i'm thrilled that i went to buy a car in PTA and i met him. i'm staying in Midrand imagine how many dealerships ive passed by and i dont regret going to PTA and my next car will be in PTA and he should me my sales agent. Hope this shows the management what a good person you inside and outside, you are not doing it for your job that's who you are. You deserve a better increase and i hope they give you what you deserve for selling me the car.
