We asked this company to assist us with our move on the 30th April 2013. They broke my piano and also scratched and damaged my beds and lounge suite amongst other things. When we wanted to make an EFT Payment as per our agreement with Martie at the office, there was to pay. We eventually made the EFT payment the same day. Christo promised on email via Martie that our lounge suite and beds will be cleaned. It never happened and out of desperacy I notified them that I will get the furniture cleaned and send them the invoice. Martie agreed on this. Needless to say I did that and it's now more than a month later and I have not received my money back neither have I had any feedback from them. They are very scaly so beware, when they want their money they hit the roof but you can wait for your money! Don't trust Martie's word as she cannot run the admin of any office, also don't fall for Christo's promises. I am in the process of getting this company and it's owners blacklisted!
