Promised settlement outstanding after 3 weeks

I lodged a claim after lightning damaged equipment. Some equipment was replaced but the type of network harddrive I had was not in stock. Martie notified me on 2013/12/10 that an amount of R4799 will be settled with me. I eventually located a supplier with a similar drive in stock and ordered and paid myself.
I am still waiting for the settlement. I made numerous calls without being able to reach Martie always someone else passing along a message that settlement will be done in 2-3 days.
