The reason for this complaint is damage to the only item moved that I stated we need to be careful with.
I sent the damaged chairs back, and it has taken 3 weeks to get them returned due to the fact that Martie who I have emailed on numerous occasions refused to reply in writing to rectify / plan this issue.
In addition, I stated that if they were to repair the damage - they needed to do so correctly, and not on the cheap. From what I can tell, all that seems to have been done is that someone has gone over all the scratches and scrapes with stain and / or furniture oil. my chairs are STILL DAMAGED.
I don't recommend anyone uses them to pack boxes. At R35 per box just to pack it, they don't use any of the protective bubble-wrap that I supplied, and just throw things into boxes carelessly. When I complained about this to Martie, she seemed to just shrug it off.
Not to mention that even though they say they have boxes you can use, that doesn't mean they will actually bring them with.
I also don't appreciate being phoned at the crack of dawn with zero planning to drop my damaged goods off after ignoring mail requests to plan ahead.
Think twice before using this company!
