Bad service, scratched goods and not honest

On 21 September I paid Furniture cash for a dining room suite and two single beds and was promised delivery on 23 September. On 23 September I waited but no delivery and I had to follow up only to hear that the saleslady forgot to follow up with the distribution centre. When I spoke to the manager - Christo says that she is only human. A promise mad must be a promise kept. I then only received delivery on 28 September but the driver scratched the table and then had to wait for a second delivery on 4 October and the table had a chipped corner and scratch. Upond complaining to the manager of the Boksburg Branch, he informed me that he will personally deliver a new table on 5 October only to hear that he cannot make it on the said day. It is now 8 October and neither Maryka or Christo is available nor do they have cellphone numbers.
The service is shocking as it is now two and a half weeks later and still have nothing to show for my money.
