I booked a collection through the JHB branch and they communicated that to their Cape Town branch my parcel was collected but never reached me, I never received any feedback only when I follow up with them only then do they let me know that the parcel was returned because someone made en error or was too lazy to contact me, not sure how my address can be incorrect as they deliver documents to our offices every single day, they have not even said anything about how they will charge me, they simply ignored that question after sending 5 or 6 people an e-mail nobody bothers to respond about the billing, I am still waiting for my parcel because someone had the wrong address and they didn't even bother to let me know or resolve the problem after I made them aware the first time that I haven't received my documents to date I am still waiting. The level of lack of service in that company is beyond shocking, I have been dealing with them for a number of years and they seem to keep getting worse, management is not even concerned with attending or resolving queries effectively without further inconvenience. Glen tried to intervene but it took another e-mail from me to get any kind of response
