My car was damaged in the hail storm, I took it in on the 15/02/13 for repairs. I was told that it was going to take 3 to 4 weeks to repair. Ever since my car went there I have never got an update I called First for Women after 3 weeks of silence to ask for updates, They told me that my car is at Silverstar Autobody at Watloo. Neither First For Women nor Silverstar Autobody called me for updates. Silverstar Autobody sends message immediately after I call to cover itself. First I was told that panel beater is waiting for parts. After three weeks of hearing the same story I called panel beater and I was told that the car is in spraying department. On the 16/04/13 I found my car in a horrible state, it looked like a car in a scrap yard, it was lying outside with some parts missing. The car that I'm paying installment and insurance premium for every month. I spoke to Cherise (Silverstar Autobody customer liaison manager) she told me that she didn't know that the car was waiting outside unattended.
FFW has inconvenienced me a lot. FFW should gave me my car by this Friday (19/04/13) or give me a car that I will use while I wait for them to fix mine, at their expense (I'm paying FFW anyway)
