IWyze? More like iStupid to Be Their Client!

I was told that iWyze was underwritten by M&F and was therefore a good bet for an insurer. Boy, was I ever wrong. From day 1, it's been an absolute disaster dealing with them. On 2 May 2013 (yes, more than 3 months ago!), someone drove into me. I duly called to report the accident and find out what to do as she wasn't insured. Eventually, after Nonzima Matladi had stressed me out so many times because she kept making mistakes and giving me the wrong information, I refused to deal with her and dealt instead with her manager, Thabo Gololo. They sent me to Bredren Autobody and that in itself was a terrible experience and I'm still waiting for my car 3 months later (on a minor job that I was told would take 1 week). Last time I checked, I was iWyze's client but they have done nothing to help me. Nobody ever updates you on what's going on, the call centre agents promise to do things and don't and everyone treats you like you're a huge nuisance. Every single step of the entire process has been an absolute mess and I am ready to tear my hair out. In the meantime, before I've even gotten my car back, my premium has gone up 3 times. My advice: Be wise, STAY WELL AWAY!
