Imperial Select Multi Franchise
Unacceptable

My car went in this morning 8.30am 8th may 2013 for new keys to be encoded and stayed there all day.
We get the car back and keys were not done at all...? ur sales consultant called us to update with regards to key,
He told us that 2 keys should take an hour to encode and this didnt happen all day. Our sales consultant
Was very angry he went 6 times to check on keys and the guys didnt do there job. I think something.needs to be done as this is pathetic service...
