Bad service and customer care

I sent my car for service and even specified the things they should look at but when I called after a week they said I must come fatch the only to find that they only replaced wipers and everything else like clutch was not done. I asked to speak with the manager and he apologized and promised me that he will cancel the old job card and open a new one, and he did that and gave me a new and revised quote of R13776.69 which I paid already. This is now a 3rd week and when I ask for update Charene told me that the car is ready for collection I can come. I drove all the way from work to collect the car and when I get there I had to wait for an hour now the lady is telling me that she can't give me the car until she from the Boss the amount I paid coz she believes I still need to pay for the first job card which the boss said he will cancel and open the new one which I paid already. I left the place without my car which I paid the service for and no one came back to me thereafter as to when I shud come and collect my car without wasting any petrol now. I'm so disappointed with their service, my kids were supposed to be in dbn from last wk. I really need my car or they can just refund me.
