I purchased my i20 (Green Mamba) from the Hyundai dealership at Silverlakes in 2012. The car was recently taken to Menlyn for its 1st service (big regret) on 31 May. Needless to say, I went back to Silverlakes to express my dissatisfaction regarding the service and poor customer care I'd received from Menlyn. Mr Scheepers arranged for my vehicle to be taken in to the Wonderboom branch to be looked at. I received the vehicle in great condition. On 3 July, my clutch developed a problem. I went back to the Silverlakes team and I again received such awesome service from the team there. Within hours, my vehicle was booked in at Wonderboom. Tumelo again made the long trek to Wonderboom from Silverlakes to deliver&collect the vehicle. I just collected my repaired car and the clutch feels fab again. I've never received such sincere service from a car dealership team as has been the case with the Hyundai Silverlakes branch. This team is on fire, and I won't stop raving about them. Kabelo is almost there with convincing me to buy the Velostar for my next birthday. Very tempting! Bottomline - you guys are really customer-oriented from sales to finance to service to after-sales care... thanx
