Dealing with Imperial Select has been an awful as cash client. I was told that the vehicle was a 2012 model only to find out it is a 2011 model. I was assured that the vehicle was not involved in any accidents. Which upon taking to a personal mechanic and panel beater found out it was. The wheel alignment was sent in 3 times to be fixed, still not sorted. The radio, aircon, boot, door, cigarette lighter, was also faulty prior to purchasing which I was assured would be fixed once again took several requests. When we requested the document for the 73 point check we were ignored. After been patient since the 20 June 2013 and visiting the dealership almost daily after work for the progress to find out that one or the other thing was not done I lost my patience. Spoke to Rennette the customer care manager and explained that I am unhappy about so many things including the fact that the vehicle is with them. Neel refused to refund my money. This is my hard earned money and Neels cannot decide how I spend it due to his breach in contract. Monies sitting in Imperial select account collecting interest at my expense, insurance, time and cultural costs incurred & no car. I want my money
