We bought a 2011 Renault Scenic 1.9 dCI from Imperial Select, Boksburg in June 2013. As we had previous problems with Renault and were sceptical to buy the car, they assured us that the car had service and maintenance plans. Today, when we contacted Renault to find out about the maintenance plan (need to replace the rear brakes) they advised that they cannot find anything on the system! The car was also advertised and sold by them as a 2011 model but today also found at that it is actually a 2010 model! We wanted the 2011 model as the 2010 models had problems on them. My husband tried to call the dealership today but no one was available to speak to us.
