I walked in to the Honda dealership last week Thursday, to look at purchasing a new vehicle. Ivor Peltz showed me the 2 vehicles I was potentially interested in, took my details as he was "very busy finalising the hand over of another vehicle" He promised to arrange a testdrive and send me the brochure via email as it was out of stock. Its Tuesday afternoon, and I have not heard a word from Ivor, either by phone or email.
I am glad that car salesmen earn commission... or in this case, that Ivor will NOT. I purchased my car cash from another dealership and from a salesman who gave me the service and attitude I expect when spending a large sum of money on a car.
Your loss Ivor!! I am disappointed in the service I received from Honda Cape Town and will definately be spreading the word!
