I refer to my last report of last week concerning the Tata Xenon. Somebody from Tata phoned quite promptly after my complaint. Apart from a: " sorry we will attend to your problem" nothing has happened.
Who is actually going to do something? The service is absolutely shocking. 4 month I am driving a broken car that is under warranty with Tata unable or unwilling to fix the problem. Is this not "breach of contract'?
