Initially took my battery in because another centre informed me my battery needed replacing and as it was still under warrentee Knysna branch checked and charged it only to be told that if it happened again it would be honoured under a warentee needless to say it happened again only to be told that they could not remember customer service does not exist at that branch YET ANOTHER S.A. COMPANY ONLY INTERESTED IN THEIR PROFITS
