On the 14th of June 2013, at about 9:30pm. I asked one of the petrol attendant to help me with air for my tyres and he responded by saying to me that I should help myself. Being shocked by the attitude I asked him if will I be asking him to help had I have known how to do them. That's when he started swearing at me and saying that he will beat me up because I was back chatting at him. I immediately phoned the manager by the name of Sello and complained to him. 2 weeks now, Sello keeps saying he is working on my complain. The petrol attendent was asked to apologise but he refused to do so. I am not happy that as a woman my rights have been violated. I am not a happy customer and now I refused to go to any Caltex because of this horrific service I received.
