Bad service and follow up

I first reported a problem with my car keys to Hyundai Menlyn last year July and was told i needed to pay for a new set of keys. As i had a spare pair i did not order a new pair right away. Two months ago i noticed this pair was dong the same thing. I waited a week as my car was scheduled for a service and then reported it on that day, the service was useless as they had none of the parts my car required, but the key was my biggest concern. The in the hinge that keeps the blade connected to the key is on the verge of falling out as the metal has cracked all around the. Since the day i went in for my service i have phoned and left countless messages and been to Hyundai twice. Whenever i bring the situation up nobody knows what i am talking about. Last week i went in and a very nice young man helped me and brought me up to date with what was going on, he promised to call me back but as i mentioned, it has been a week. I am very upset by this as it is a warranty job and it has taken two months and still is not sorted out. I really hope this will move things along as i don't know what more to do and am waiting for this key to break.
