I bought a brand new Hyundai Accent in February. I had an accident after my first 10 minutes in the car due to the blue tooth system not working. I had paired my device before leaving the dealership. It was raining and when my phone rang I looked down to see why the phone had not connected and proceeded to bump the car in front of me. I take responsibility for taking my eyes off of the road. I took the car back the next day after trying three times to pair the phone. The sales person tried and could not pair the device so she called another sales person he also failed. They suggested I take the care to the workshop. The service personnel said they could do nothing as this was a fault in the car radio. They already had 5 cars prior to mine with the same problem, and they would contact me when they have an answer from Korea. I waited a week then reported the issue on the Hyundai website. After another week I reported it again on their website. To date I have had know response. All I want is an answer to what the solution is and when can it be resolved. I am on the road all day. I cannot keep loosing business due to a problem that should be easy to resolved. Please help!!
