In October 2013 i bought a brand new Hyundai i20 from Hyundai Springs i took delivery of my vehicle on the 29th of October 2013 on that day Ismail said that there is a problem that they cant find the spare key of my vehicle and i must please not tell Headoffice about this if they phone me to find out how the service was and that they will sort it out and find the key asap. thats were everything started i asked them weekly were is my keys and every time Ismail had another story i went so far and send him a mail and told him that my complaint will go to the NCB and Hyundai SA sudenly after this he orderd one and sorted it out on the 2nd of December i love my Vehicle but Ismail's bad atitude and poor service made me decide not to use Hyundai Springs ever again and i will warn people agains them.
