TERRIBLE SERVICE- REFUSAL TO HELP WITH SPARE KEY

On 26 June we bough a Huyndai i20 from Hyundai Middelburg. On 8 July I sent the following email to Rob G from Huyndai South Africa with the following complaints:

We were able to get a good deal and the salesperson helped a lot. On Friday 26 June we left with the Hyundai although there were a few missing items. It is now more than a week later, and the following is still outstanding:
The cheque for the traded in vehicle
The spare key
The license document and the new number plates
The towbar - I understand their supplier doesn't have stock but was made to believe it would have happened last week already

We were helped with all the above mentioned complaints EXCEPT the spare key. Now, months later, we STILL DO NOT HAVE A SPARE KEY!!
Since then the salesperson and manager resigned from the branch, but the new branch manager Elize has not helped at all. My husband (the owner) phones every week for the last 5 weeks and every week gets asked the same details (car make, reg no) like they have no record of us!!!
How is this exceptable?? How is no one helping us?? I dont know what to do anymore.
This needs to get fixed NOW!
