Shocking service

I write this post with a lot of disappointment and utter shock at the service we have received from Louis Trichardt branch. We had a breakdown in Louis Trichardt on April 7 this year. Our car had overheated and the engine block needed to be engineered. So they ended up doing a complete overhaul. We witnessed parts being taken from another car to be put on ours. Right now almost four months later we are sitting with a wreck of a car leaking oil and fitted with wrong bearings which no one wants to take responsibility of fixing and it's not even in our possession (Now at Hyundai Menlyn). The car only has 65 000 Km on it. We were offered warranty for one year after paying R17000 for repairs. Now the dealership in Louis Trichardt refuse to honour this even after suggesting we send it to another dealer since it's a franchise which we did and they will foot the bill (a little over R5000)?
When we brought our car to them, and paid for it to be fixed, they said they would return it to us as good as new. Now some things we not fitted properly and falling apart. We even have pictures.
