ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR STILL WAITING FOR FRIDGE

I own a tuckshop at Shirley, a village outside louis trichardt (Makhado). The shop's name is Shirley Chillas, i applied for a fridge from Coca-Cola through their area salesrep at Elim in August 2012. I was told by the then salesrep in the area that the fridge will be delivered in 3 months time, to date i haven't received the fridge.

What fustrates me even more is that i get a call every now and then from people from Coca-cola asking me to rate the level of service, i frequently complain about the fridge issue but it seems like my concern is never noted.
