Couple of issues I have with Hyundai sa and Hyundai customer care: I phone 30 November 2012 and spoke to a customer care person and I must say I wasted my time and airtime as all he could say to me was that he has no policy to assist me at all you saying " we strive to deliver excellent service. I bought an H1 for the comfort this vehicle offers my family. I now sit with a situation where in I am one of many people who have a tow bar on and as you know you have a mechanical problem. My vehicle has been with Hyundai Louise trichardt for 3 months, I was told Friday that this vehicle will not be ready until end February 2013 if I am lucky. Furthermore I would like to point out that a new home made harness was fitted to my vehicle at Louis Trichardt which I do not accept, this was done without my authority and I will never give my authority that is not original as this will always have problems! If it was this simple why will there be original parts. I must say this hole incident has been very unpleasant
