I booked a bus for my kids and the helper to go to Louis Trichardt. I booked a city-to-city for the 28th of June. Firstly the bus was suppose to leave at 8:20 and ended up leaving at 10:00. And the bus driver when they get to Polokwane said the people who are going to Louis Trichardt should get off and wait for another bus as she is no longer going there, she wants to go straight to Sibasa. What is the purpose of booking the bus? and I was not told these kids will be changed on the way otherwise I would have used another bus service which will drop them where they are going. They had lot bags which were heavy and the helper had to carry those bags plus a 3 year old and a 5 year old children. On top of that they had to wait so long for the next bus. This was really a very poor service.
