I went to glass fit louis trichardt to have my car right side glass replace i arrieved around ellven am they said they wil attend me bt they never did twelve o clock the receptionists told me to get out of their premises and i must come back after lunch he then changed his story and said i must came back around three and i told them on my arrival that m in a hurry but no he was rude i told him i cnt wait that long and why wasnt i informed that they were busy instead he lit his ciggaret in front on me started swearing at me in front of people i had to leave up to so far my glass hasnt been replaced and i wasted my time and petrol
