I lodged a complaint on the 13th May, we are now on the 25th June 2013 however there has been no feedback. I sent a reminder e mail on the 18 June 2013 to the following Adele Grobler, Granton Engelbrecht & Natsha Erasmus from Zurich. Non of them even bothered to responsed. Who is benefitting from our interest Avis & Zurich!!!
