Avis can't solve a simple account query

I have had an Avis car on a long term lease since January. There have been some challenges along the way, but I think now Avis are taking advantage of us.

Over the past 2 weeks or so I have had a query over charges to my account, where Avis has debited my bank account for amounts that they cannot explain. During the period of rental there was some damage to the car and this was paid for in May and June (I have emails and bank records proving this).

The final straw now is that they have charged me for damage to the car in July, while there is proof that this was already paid for in May and June this year. Avis Randburg is now not replying to my emails and when I call they promise to call me back and they never do.

I would like to caution everyone using Avis, watch out!!! It's time to change to another rental company... Never using Avis again!!!
