Avis, this is my second complaint on this matter. Two months ago I sent a compliant. You said you will investigate and come back to me, but to date there is nothing. I was involved in a car accident with Avis leased car on 24 June 2013. I paid over R15 000 claimed by Avis against me and to date I have not heard if Avis claimed back the money from the person who hit me and whether I am entitled to any refund. Can you please help me. The rental agreement number is 748731034 and the reservation number is 24358256-ZA-6- B. Can someone form Avis please help me resolve this complaint please as a matter of urgency please.
