I purchased a Renault Scenic from Renault Princess Crossing on the 1 March 2013.
I have received shocking, unsatisfactory service from the day I requested to look and purchase this car :
Marius - Sales Manager - who sold me the car and promised items (car mats, scratch, service book - would be provided)
Ricu Viljoen - Dealer Principle - who I escalated to and has done nothing to assist and handed me over to :
Lukin Day - Customer Service - who has been emailing me but will not assist nor refer to all tracked and requested information since purchase of this car since March 2013.
I DO STILL NOT HAVE MY SERVICE BOOK WITH WARRANTIES AND MOTOR PLAN DETAILS - now four months later
I have even called the Reanult customer care number three times and no feedback have been received.
I received a call from Renault once the car was purchased asking me about the service and satisfaction - to which i strongly noted the lack of service, poor customer feedback and items outstanding on this car, and still no one has assisted.
