I purchased a Renault Megane RS in Feb 2012.
I was promised free Renault Advanced Driver Training for purchasing a RS model. Renault still advertises this perk on their website.
I have been contacting the Durban branch continuously (over a year) trying to arrange training with no success. The sales person always promises to arrange a booking date. I receive no feedback and have to call back getting the same excuse and promise of arranging the booking.
I have also contacted Renault customer service and they refer me back to the dealer.
Renault should not advertise this perk as they cannot deliver.
