VERY BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE

I bought a 2007 GWM bakkie from halfway auto / GWM 4ways in January 2013. Since i received the bakkie i drove 3000 km. the dealer put the bakkie through the test, but when i receive it there were no brake or tail lights, i had to replace the globes. I had to replace the front shocks which was warn. I now also have problems with the gearbox, this bakkie only have - 80 000km on the clock, never in my life did i had problems with a vehicle's gearbox, the aircon's pump is also giving problems. On sending e-mails to the dealer they just said that if we took the extended warranty it would cover it. They further just ignore us and not answering any e-mails. We were assured that the bakkie is in a very good condition and accident free. When trying to remove the spare tyre, we had to bend the back plate and there are over spray on the mudflaps and spare. When i had to pay the deposit and sign the contract they were more than happy to answer my mails, but now that i need after sale service they are ignoring me.
