I was unfortunate that my Insurance company uses Budget car rental when I was in an accident. I was firt given teo cars that were un useable then the car that i did take I was in a fender bender with. I submited all the documents and paid the liablity in March already and Budget has still not settled the claim with the 3rd party. The 3rd party is suing me and all Sonet and Sonia as well as darryl have said is"ooooh we are sorting it" Now they have refered me to digical! Is this the kind oof service we as the public deserve. Lazy staff at Budget!!!
What did I pay the liability for SONET? DARRYL? SONIA? From march you have dont nothing! I am in the travel industry and I must say your competiters are way better thats why I implement them and not you at my clients! Are you guys awake out there?
