If you are like me then you do your homework on customer service from a company before making use of their service. Then you guys better know this before using Budget Rent-A-Car.
After a car rear ended my rental car in late January, Budget invoiced me a liability fee of R7000. However, when I started following up on how long this process would take to get resolved, I was informed that this process could take up to 3 years with no guarantee of a settlement.
On 19 March, Winston Guriah (Executive Head of Claims) promises weekly updates via Junaid Absalom. This is yet another false hope. The only way I get any updates is my requesting update from them only to get told that they are busy with it.
I don't think this claim is being dealt with professionally and I highly doubt that I'm the only one experiencing this.
