Spoiled my new car experience

I bought a brand new Suzuki swift and had it one day when somebody drove into me. My insurance sent me to renew it edenvale to repair it. On the 1352013 I gave it in to be told that it would take 2 or 3 days to repair. The service was so good that morning I felt at ease to leave my brand new car there. On the third day I called to see if there was any feedback to be told that there is more damage then they thought and would take longer. I understood this and was told it would take a week. After 2 weeks of me always calling and getting no feedback and never been able to speak to a senior person, I got told my car is ready. I collected it and saw the bumper was not hooked in properly. They took it back to the workshop and when they brought it back it still did'nt look right to me but I was so desperate to have my car back as I need it for work, I left with it. I have since seen a car which is exactly like mine and realised how much the bumper is not on correctly. I have also had a closer look and saw the spray job is not done correctly. I'm hoping this will reach a senior person in the business that will help me as I cant wait 3 weeks again!!!
