The time booked for my move was 9am on Saturday morning. After 2 hours the truck had not arrived, I called the office and was advised that the drivers are running late and will be there in half an hour. An hour had passed and no one pitched. I called the office again however this time no one answered. No one even bothered to call me back. The small van arrived at 2.30pm, no truck. How the was a small van going to transport my furniture and goods. The staff were reaking of alcohol and even knocked my gate while reversing the van in. They complained that they can't find my new address on the map book and dont have a GPS. So I had to transport them to the new house, whilst following me they got lost, it took 1.30 hrs. Eventually when we arrived at my place they offloaded but damaged the walls. Then they had to go back for a second load, this time they went missing for 2 hours. When we called the driver he said they 5 minutes away. Eventually the second round was delivered at 20H30. The driver demanded that I pay him the balance of the money, which I refused as I used my petrol and car to navigate them. We had also transported half of the goods on the interinary by private vehicle
