My complaint is against Danmar AutoBody is Edenvale. My car went in for repairs on an accident damage. Initially I was told the repair takes 15working days. I told them I need my car to be completed withing the 20days (more time allocated than they requested) before I left for Kzn, I was told if I want my car done in that time they will do a terrible job and they will not be liable. So I left it. At the time of collecting the car, the paint work was AWFUL! The was filing scratches that was clearly visible and polishing burns on the paint. To top it off, the panels where not securely fitted, clips where broken, drivers side seat belt was not even put in properly.
Arranged, the car was two be brought back for them to sort all that out, delivery time: 2/3 days. Its been over a week the car isn't ready and no one is available to give me feedback on the repair. We have called them and left numerous messages but no one has responded.
No courtesy vehicle was given for the added inconvenience. I was just told there isn't any available.
I have contacted the Head Office and awaiting feedback
