We have a supply agreement with BP, and we have to pre-pay for every order of fuel we want. Today, as we enquired about our order - that we ALREADY pre-paid for, the representative replied: "You are not a priority customer, so there is no guarantee that we will receive our order" Now, excuse me! NOT A PRIORITY CUSTOMER???
